This is the smaller room out of a nice 3 bedroom suite of the building. All rooms have big windows and a good amount of natural light. You share a kitchen and the washroom with each other. Currently, there is a young male worker living there now. Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, and so on. The rent is $850 for the smaller room and $900 for the larger rooms monthly includes everything such as shared laundry, shared fiber gigabit internet, Onsite coin operated laundry is available. All rooms are furnished. it is 20 minutes walk from UVic. A couple of minutes walk to major grocery stores like Thrifty Food, Save-on-Food, and Fairway Market. The suite has an independent entrance and large access area from the street.
